The delivery process will be started only once the payment is received and a confirmation from you by an auto e mailer, any cancellations are not allowed during the delivery Day.
Every care shall be taken to deliver Fresh & Quality Sea Food to the intended recipient. But (FFP) will not be liable in case of any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person imposes to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of the goods.
In the event the customer is not available in the mentioned address during the time slot of delivery or door locked and if materials returned without delivery, an amount of Rs 100 will be charged towards incidental expenses for re delivering the subject order.
